As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in enhancing our client's recruitment efforts by identifying, engaging, and nurturing high-caliber candidates for diverse roles. Your collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers will be essential in understanding the specific needs of each position and crafting effective sourcing strategies to attract and connect with potential talent.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Candidate Identification:
    • Leverage a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals, to discover potential candidates.
    • Engage in proactive outreach to passive candidates, building a robust pipeline of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
    • Utilize Boolean search strings and other advanced techniques to enhance candidate discovery.
  2. Candidate Interaction:
    • Establish initial contact with candidates through tailored messages, emails, and calls to assess their suitability for open roles through preliminary screenings.
    • Provide candidates with comprehensive information about job openings, organizational culture, and benefits to foster interest in joining the company.
    • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey to keep them engaged and informed.
  3. Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work closely with recruiters and participate in hiring manager discussions to understand their specific talent needs and priorities.
    • Share insights and recommendations on sourcing strategies, candidate profiles, and market trends to facilitate informed decision-making.
    • Possibly coordinate candidate interviews, assessments, and other hiring activities to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated experience as a Sourcer or in a comparable talent acquisition role, ideally within a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Experience in sourcing for positions within the finance or banking sectors.
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms, job boards, and Boolean search.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage candidates and build relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on multitasking and prioritization.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of leveraging data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize sourcing strategies.
