**Key Responsibilities**

- Conduct patient assessments and identify potential risks;
- Monitor vital signs and recognize abnormalities;
- Provide health guidance and support within the scope of practice;
- Offer post-consultation care;
- Proactively engage with patients and monitor their health progress;
- Assist nurses in healthcare activities;
- Collaborate with nurses to develop indicators and strategies;
- Facilitate patient navigation through the healthcare system;
- Manage appointments: schedule, reschedule, and cancel consultations;
- Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

- Completed Technical Course in Nursing;
- Active and regular COREN registration in SP;
- Specialization in Occupational Health;
- Experience in Primary Healthcare;
- Knowledge of SOC and labor legislation;

**Additional Information**

- Employment type: CLT;
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 20:00 (1 hour 12 minutes break);
- Benefits: VA, VT, medical plan with copayment.
