Product Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Product team as a Product Development Manager. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for content creation, data analysis, and operations management.

This position involves working closely with editors and freelancers around the world to ensure high-quality, consistent, and innovative content for our game.

You will utilize AI tools to create and validate new content and puzzles, and focus on identifying opportunities to grow and expand our games into different markets and regions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of the game's content.
  • Work with editors and freelancers to ensure high-quality, consistency, and innovation.
  • Help implement and improve content creation and review processes.
  • Use AI tools to create, validate, and enrich game content.

Data Insights:

  • Analyze performance metrics for content and game mechanics.
  • Identify improvement opportunities based on player behavior and data.
  • Provide actionable insights to support product strategy and decision-making.

Production Organization:

  • Support the organization of workflows within the content team.
  • Help execute the roadmap and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Act as a bridge between different teams, promoting clear and efficient communication.
  • Assist in removing blockers and improving day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in product or project management, preferably in game development.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their practical applications.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Passion for word games.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Python and SQL for data analysis.
  • Experience with HTTP requests and working with APIs.
  • Database handling and data cleanup.
  • Prompt engineering and knowledge of generative AI models.
