Responsibilities
Optimizing operations by improving automation tools and developing new ones
Quickly responding to technical issues
Facilitating operations in crypto and fiat transfers
Designing and documenting operational procedures
Coordinating with other teams around releases and upgrades
Supporting and communicating with clients
Developing reports, dashboards, and alerts
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience
Working experience in payments, settlements, or trading at a FinTech company
Self-starter who can work accurately in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Working experience in programming
Working experience with APIs
Working experience with SQL
Ambitious with a positive demeanor
Must be fluent in English
