Business Controller

We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Controller to join our team at Atlas Copco. As a Business Controller, you will play a key role in driving the company's operational results and financial performance.

The Business Controller will be responsible for controlling the company's operational results, including the preparation of reports, forecasts, analysis, and support for all departments. You will work closely with the General Manager and management team to develop the business strategy and plan.

• Ensure accurate application of financial reporting and accounting principles, including FAM and local statutory practice.
• Take care of legal and compliance aspects of the business.
• Ensure an efficient internal control environment to protect the company's assets.
• Work with the GM and management team to develop the business strategy and plan.
• Review, monitor, and control the planning process for financial targets and goals.
• Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and contribute to the development of sales and profitability via organic growth and acquisitions.
• Communicate leading business indicators and highlights/red flags to support the management team in steering the business.
• Provide business control support to the company's operations and perform ad-hoc analyses on financial KPIs for all departments.
• Participate, prepare, and deliver presentations to the company, Business Review, and Executive meetings.
• Undertake projects relating to the company's finance and accounting strategy.
• Lead and support internal and external audits of the companies.

• Degree in Accounting, Economy, or similar.
• Post-graduation will be considered a differential.
• Advanced English (good command written and spoken).
• Knowledge in general accounting principles, statutory, and activities described above.
• Experience in the position or similar.
