Maintenance Support Engineer

Role Overview: As a Maintenance Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the management of operational processes and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the prompt initiation, issuance, and processing of various operational workflows including Purchase Requests (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and Internal Orders (IO).
- Oversee and assess budget allocations, ensuring appropriate distribution of funds for Parts & Materials, Services, Tools, Logistics, Transportation, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and accommodations for personnel.
- Facilitate timely procurement, transportation, and delivery of essential goods, materials, tools, and services required for Planned Maintenance Services (PMS), Repairs, and Return to Service (RTS) activities.
- Track the progress of PMS, Repairs, and RTS activities, compiling relevant data for the creation of Post Outage Reports (POR).
- Collaborate with vendors to secure Activity and Service Completion Reports, integrating these into the POR as appendices.
- Prepare and submit the annual budget for the Central Maintenance Group.
- Develop monthly budget forecasts for Central Maintenance.
- Deliver draft PORs within one week following each outage, whether planned, unplanned, or RTS.

Adhere to the company's health, safety, environmental, and security regulations, while promoting behaviors that align with the organization's core values.
Policy Implementation:
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
