Job Title: Operational Excellence Leader

Our company seeks a visionary leader to oversee the daily operations of a major industrial enterprise. As an Operational Excellence Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution across multiple departments, driving growth through strategic decision-making, and fostering a culture of innovation.

  • Fully accountable for operational efficiency, financial performance, and sustainable growth.
  • Oversee the entire operation, including manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and industrial processes, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategy, engage with key clients, and drive business expansion.
  • Implement transformative initiatives, foster high-performance teams, and retain talent.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, governance, and management processes aligned with industry standards.
  • Represent the company strategically to clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in multinational companies, with a focus on industrial equipment or automation sectors.
  • Hands-on experience managing industrial operations and leading diverse teams.
  • Experience in commercial development, B2B client management, and strategic planning.
  • Track record of operational transformation, process improvement, and change management.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Availability for domestic travel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Production, or related fields; MBA desirable.
