Mid-Senior 3D Environment Artist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mid-Senior 3D Environment Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create high-quality environment assets, from concept to completion.

Job Description
  • Lead and Mentor Team Members: Collaborate with designers, concept artists, technical artists, and animators to create immersive experiences.
  • Create High-Quality Assets: Develop a diverse range of environment assets, from sculpting to implementation in game engines.
  • Partner with Producers: Help delegate tasks, plan estimates, and arrange meetings to ensure team deliverables meet schedule requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Accomplished Artist: 6+ years of experience in environment art, with 2+ years as a Lead Environment Artist in game development.
  • Strong Engine Knowledge: Expertise in modern game engines, specifically Unreal.
  • Spatial Design: Comprehensive knowledge of spatial design, composition, lighting, and detail hierarchy.
  • PBR Texturing: Demonstrated experience creating PBR textures and a strong understanding of the PBR texturing workflow.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of modern pipelines, workflows, and techniques for developing environments with clean topology.
  • Mentorship: Passionate about mentoring others to further develop their artistic and technical skill sets.
  • Communication: Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
