About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor global and local training programs, scholarships, and learning solutions.
  • Create and deliver soft skill and leadership training content as needed.
  • Implement and track Sales Global Programs across all Business Units.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
  • Up to 3 years of experience in Training & Development.
  • Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
