At Equação IT, we are seeking a highly skilled Java Lead Developer to join our team of expert consultants. Our company is dedicated to providing innovative technology solutions that drive business growth and optimization for our partners.

We are looking for a seasoned Java professional with a strong background in software development, architecture, and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Java development, with expertise in Frontend/Backend development using Angular or other UI frameworks, Java 8 or later, and RDBMS such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL.

The successful candidate will also have experience with Spring/Spring Boot, application architecture, and cloud platforms like AWS. Additionally, they will possess excellent knowledge of English, with a minimum level of B2.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Java development

  • Knowledge of Spring/Spring Boot and application architecture
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS
  • Excellent knowledge of English (B2 level or higher)
