As a skilled marketer, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our interactive business by developing and executing promotions that drive results.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in marketing and a strong understanding of digital marketing channels.

  • Leverage our creative teams to produce high-quality promotional assets for our games that meet the expectations of our stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with creators, their agents, and managers to develop a promotional strategy for the launch of the game and continued post-launch promotion.
  • Devise and drive innovative ways to maximize the promotional capabilities of creators, whether this relates to the game design or the types of promotional assets we can deliver in support.
  • Ensure effective communication between the marketing team and all relevant stakeholders, from partners to production and customer experience teams.
  • Champion initiatives that help us better understand and engage with our target audiences, including surveys and online interviews.
  • Research, plan, and implement social media strategies to further brand recognition for our games.
  • Liaise with our customer experience team to monitor the social media accounts across our portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate responses to questions or concerns.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a marketing manager or strategic marketing manager role, with a solid understanding of content marketing, marketing automation, attribution, social media, and SEO.
