Real Estate Specialist Role

This is a key position in our organization, focused on the management of real estate functions across the region.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to analyze and implement actions that improve efficiency, performance, and cost-effective service delivery within the Real Estate function area. This involves day-to-day management of facilities services and special real estate projects in the region.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative services related to property regularization and documentation, including support for leasing, alienation, purchase, and sale projects.
  2. Negotiate with property owners and tenants, providing support with withholding taxes, documents, and other related matters.
  3. Monitor compliance with lease contract clauses, terms, and values, including initial inspections and monthly rent payments.
  4. Manage third-party office services providers to ensure high service levels and accurate contract delivery.
  5. Lead special projects on demand, such as utilities projects, power acquisition in free markets, energy efficiency initiatives, and retrofits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; open to other backgrounds with relevant experience in Real Estate management.
  • Experience in physical project management (construction projects/site management).
  • Construction companies management/third-party management.
  • Management of public licenses (e.g., habite-se/AVCB/operating licenses/environmental licenses).
  • Knowledge of HSE work safety legislation.
  • Nice to have: PMP certification.
