Our company is an inventory and demand planning platform that helps commerce brands stay in stock, operate efficiently, and grow profitably.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We design, build, and maintain complex workflows integrating platforms like HubSpot, Stripe, and Grain.
  • We audit current automation setup and optimize processes across marketing tools.
  • We collaborate with the marketing team for data consistency across platforms.
  • We implement automated data enrichment, lead scoring, and lifecycle workflows to support growth initiatives.
  • We build and maintain HubSpot workflows, lead lifecycles, and campaign triggers based on user behavior.
  • We monitor and troubleshoot integration and automation errors between platforms.
  • We create and manage dashboards and reports for marketing and product engagement metrics.
Requirements:
  • You should have 3-5+ years of experience in marketing operations or RevOps.
  • You should have deep expertise in HubSpot and experience building advanced workflows.
  • You should have strong hands-on experience with Zapier or similar automation platforms.
  • You should have an analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • You should be a detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys untangling complex workflows.
  • You should have excellent communication skills to explain complex processes simply.
