Content Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing Manager to lead our multi-channel content strategy. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who's equal parts writer, strategist, and marketer—with a knack for automation, design tools, and performance tracking.

  • The successful candidate will manage a 30-day content calendar spanning blog articles, case studies, social posts, and thought-leadership pieces.
  • They will write, edit, and publish SEO-optimized content that attracts and nurtures leads through the funnel.
  • Owning and growing our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter) is also a key responsibility.
  • Collaboration with product and sales teams to turn insights into compelling content—one-pagers, scripts, email copy, and more—is another essential aspect of this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years managing content inside a modern CRM or marketing automation platform (HubSpot strongly preferred).
  • Proven success running multi-channel content campaigns across blog, email, and social.
  • Experience with workflow automation using Zapier or Make is also required.
  • A portfolio featuring at least 2 writing samples and 1 visual or video asset is necessary.
  • Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and reporting are a must.
