Financial Operations Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Manager to lead onboarding projects, oversee financial statement preparation, and manage multiple client relationships.

About the Position
  • This role involves collaborating with clients across various industries to deliver high-quality financial services.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with cloud-based accounting platforms.

The selected candidate will have a solid understanding of GAAP-based accounting principles, experience with QuickBooks Online, and a proven track record of managing multiple clients simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding Project Management: Coordinate multiple onboarding projects at once, ensuring timely completion and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare accurate, accrual-basis financial statements for clients, highlighting key financial trends and areas for improvement.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a small or mid-sized CPA firm.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP-based accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • C1 English fluency or equivalent, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with multiple clients from diverse industries, with a focus on e-commerce accounting.
Favourite Skills:
  • QuickBooks Online certification is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • E-commerce accounting experience and familiarity with cloud-based accounting platforms.
