Job Description:

This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with Native American gaming tribes, promoting banking services and solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing strategic plans to grow banking services within Native American gaming markets.
• Maintaining and expanding existing relationships with key tribal leaders and decision-makers.
• Collaborating with internal teams to create innovative banking solutions for tribal clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial banking, with a focus on Native American gaming markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
