Job Title: Procurement Support Specialist

Overview

The Procurement Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the procurement team in various tasks, including processing purchase requests, conducting basic quotes, and coordinating internal approvals.

Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase requests in the ERP system, ensuring timely and accurate entry.
  • Conduct basic quotes for consumable materials and recurring services.
  • Support RFQ processes and comparative analysis.
  • Maintain a database of suppliers, ensuring up-to-date documentation and authorization.
  • Monitor deliveries and resolve simple logistics issues.
  • Issue purchase orders and coordinate internal approvals.
  • Organize contract files and supplier documentation.
  • Prepare basic purchase reports and performance indicators.
  • Provide administrative support to procurement processes.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma + technical course in Administration (desired).
  • Experience: 1-2 years in an administrative or procurement area.
  • Competencies:
  • Basic knowledge of procurement processes.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for controls and reports.
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Protheus, TOTVS).
  • Organization and control of documents.
  • Clear communication with suppliers and internal areas.

Location: Sao Paulo-SP

This role involves working on-site in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
