Job Overview

As a FP&A Analyst, you'll own forecasting, support strategic decision-making, and help lay the foundation for a scalable finance function. For the right person, this role has the potential to grow into a Head of Finance position as the company scales.

  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to guide decision-making and drive business outcomes
  • Design and implement financial systems, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, accounting, or startup finance
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Strong Excel/modeling skills and an ability to build from scratch with minimal direction
  • A builder's mindset — you enjoy creating tools, systems, and processes from the ground up, instead of maintaining outdated systems
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and not afraid to challenge assumptions
  • A strong communicator who can translate financial data into clear business insights
  • Comfortable working independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
  • Intellectually humble and eager to learn
