We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a large mobile home park portfolio in the U.S. from their home in Latin America.
- Manage maintenance requests, inspections, and curb appeal through vendors and local site staff.
- Monitor property operations using digital dashboards and regular reporting.
- Coordinate with vendors and site staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

- Compliance: Maintain up-to-date compliance documentation and conduct virtual audits, stay informed about regulatory updates impacting mobile home parks.
