Process Modeling Architect

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled System Architect to join our team in Curitiba, Brazil. As a Process Modeling Architect, you will play a critical role in creating logical and physical architectures for process modeling systems. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that technology systems align with business needs, focusing on platform operations, reliability, and adherence to the Architecture Framework and Tools.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical consultation to the team on process modeling products such as Signavio, ARIS, etc., for creating visual representations of business processes.
- Evaluate and select products that fit business needs and align with company and team strategies.
- Develop and manage a technical roadmap and plan for product deployment at a corporate level, integrating new tools into team support.
- Lead the design and support of technology systems that fulfill business requirements, emphasizing platform operations, reliability, security, and scalability.
- Define appropriate data sources and architecture to support business processes and analytics.
- Drive the team's technical direction and coach team members.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Delivery teams to define technical user stories and prioritize enabler work.
- Partner with vendors to influence system implementation guidance, roadmaps, and features.
- 3-5 years of experience in Process mapping, Data Analytics, process improvement, business analysis, or a related field.
- Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Scientist, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with process modeling tools and software, proficiency in languages such as Python, strong understanding of IT infrastructure and platform, especially on Cloud platform, data integration, API, data connection to other IT systems, internet network, firewall configuration, etc.
- Process Improvement Methodologies: Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement techniques.
- Behavioral Skills: Analytical Skills, Communication Skills, Problem Solving, Work Collaboration, Innovation and Initiative.
