Scrum Master | Agile Transformation Specialist

Becoming a successful Junior Scrum Master requires more than just technical skills. It demands a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to drive change within organizations.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting teams in preparing for ART and Solution Trains, using tools such as Program and Solution Kanbans and other information radiators. You will also coach teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets, providing input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in similar roles, excellent communication skills, and certifications in Agile methodologies. Advanced English language proficiency is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teams in preparing for ART and Solution Trains
- Coach teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
- Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks
- Encourage collaboration between teams and stakeholders
- Work with Product and Solution Management to ensure strategy alignment
- Improve value streams using the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps
- Facilitate System Demos and Solution Demos
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles
- Use of agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Certifications (desirable)
- Advanced English level
