Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at Accor Hotels. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems, performing routine maintenance tasks, and responding to emergency calls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical System Maintenance: Inspect and perform maintenance tasks on electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of electrical equipment maintenance, defects, and spare parts.
  • Inventory Management: Manage electrical equipment inventory, requisitioning parts and supplies as needed.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to electrical-related emergency calls and take proactive measures to ensure effective and efficient operations.
  • Collaboration: Support other department team members as needed and work collaboratively to ensure a smooth operation of the hotel.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Basic experience in maintenance trades, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical certification is required.
  • Skills: Ability to interpret readings from meters & gauges, prioritize and organize work assignments, and work under pressure situations.
  • Certifications: First Aid Training preferred.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 80 lbs, and climb ladders up to 40 feet high. The successful candidate must be able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
