Job Description

Lead a team of data professionals in the development and implementation of data management and engineering solutions to drive business strategy and growth.

  • Develop Data Strategy

    Create and implement data strategies, architectures, and engineering plans to meet business objectives.

  • Provide Vision and Direction

    Direct resources focused on architecture, development, and maintenance of data pipelines, operational databases, and data lake infrastructures.

  • Manage Operational Data Assets

    Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of operational data assets and pipelines.

  • Document and Manage Metadata

    Manage metadata of data assets and their representation in the Enterprise Data Catalog.

  • Plan, Build, and Maintain Data Capabilities

    Develop and maintain data and analytics capabilities to meet business needs.

  • Partner with Business Leaders

    Collaborate with line of business technology leaders, product owners, and stakeholders to develop and implement data solutions and services.

  • Lead and Develop Team Members

    Lead and develop team members to ensure effective day-to-day operations, change management, meeting deadlines, budgets, and service levels.

    Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
