Job Overview

This role involves delivering exceptional customer service and assisting store leaders in all aspects of retail operations to ensure optimal performance.

  • Process sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers and prioritizing their positive experience throughout their visit.
  • Support store operations including operating equipment, managing the cash register, and ensuring speed of service for accurate transactions.
  • Ensure the store appearance is well-maintained through tasks such as shelving, arranging, cleaning, and organizing products or space within the store.
  • Seasonal positions require flexibility during peak periods, occasional weekends, and adaptability in scheduling to work periodically during the school year.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Transactions: Assist with processing sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in handling these transactions.

Customer Service: Provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers and focusing on their positive experience throughout their visit.

Store Operations: Support store operations including operating equipment, managing the cash register, and ensuring speed of service for accurate transactions.

Visual Merchandising: Maintain the store appearance through tasks such as shelving, arranging, cleaning, and organizing products or space within the store.
