We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated insurance professional to market life and health insurance services and products that benefit clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell life, health and medicare insurance policies to new and existing clients.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify the best insurance products for clients.
- Explain policy features, benefits and exclusions to clients.
- Assist clients with claims and policy changes.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to foster long-term trust.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Active life and health insurance license required.
- Property and casualty insurance license required.
- Successful sales experience with emphasis on life and health insurance.
- Proven history of developed sales successes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual a plus.
- Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency with insurance agency software.
