Quantitative Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing, analyzing and interpreting huge data sets to help shape business and technical strategies.

About the Job

This role involves working across the organization to drive decision-making through data-driven insights. Using analytical excellence and statistical methods, you will identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to enhance advertising efficacy, network infrastructure optimization and user behavior analysis.

As an analyst, you will collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, Sales Associates and Marketing teams to adjust practices according to your findings. This is a challenging role that requires not only numerical skills but also strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business or product questions to answer and provide feedback on translating these questions into tractable analysis.
  • Design and evaluate models to mathematically express and solve defined problems with limited precedent.
  • Gather information and business goals around the questions to answer and review the dataset to ensure it is ready for analysis.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases or statistical analysis.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases or statistical analysis.
  • 4 years of experience analyzing data and creating reports with statistical, quantitative modeling, and forecasting skills.
  • Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages.
