The Role
We are seeking a seasoned Master Data Governance Consultant with expertise in SAP MDG implementation to join our team. As a key member of our global consulting practice, you will be responsible for planning and executing activities related to the implementation of our SAP-MDG solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluation of the current information management architecture (AS IS) and future model profiling (TO BE)
- Management of design and implementation phases (technical and functional)
- Design and execution of master data configurations for main catalogs governed by MDG: clients, vendors, products, materials, and finances, including data harmonization that involves de-duplication and massive changes
- Generation of technical requirements to ensure that the technological environment allows the replication of data in different instances-related modules
- Development of SAP product and solution roadmaps around the defined data strategy
- Communication with clients and stakeholders to understand specific business data needs and translate those requirements into a comprehensive solution
- Workplan follow-up and progress reports
Requirements:
- 3 years' experience in MDG implementation projects: initial, roll out, and upgrades
- 5 years' experience in SAP technologies, including understanding the SAP MDG technical framework
- Conducted previous SAP MDG Implementations, technical and functional phases
- Knowledge of SAP data dictionary tables, views, relationships, and correspondence of data architecture for ECC and S4HANA for various SAP master and transactional data entities
- Able to transform business and operational needs into technical solutions
- Extensive knowledge of SAP best practices and ASAP methodology (SAP certifications a plus)
- Effective communication and development of work teams, as well as relationship with client teams related to the project
- Goal-oriented, fluent English (Advance-Native Level, oral-written), and aligned with our core values: Think Big, Be Curious, Take Action, and Stronger Together

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
