Key Responsibilities

This role entails analyzing, documenting, and monitoring functional capabilities of our products. You will collaborate with product owners to understand business workflows and elaborate on product requirements.

  • Collaborate with product owners to comprehend business processes and detail product specifications
  • Review software functionality developed and update product documentation for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Analyze data to support product reporting
  • Communicate product team updates to internal stakeholders and client contacts
  • Foster strong working relationships with colleagues, internal stakeholders, and clients
Essential Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in IT or as a business analyst, excellent written and verbal communication skills, great analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Experience with process analysis or requirements gathering is advantageous.
