Role Overview">

The role of IT PMO Analyst plays a vital part in supporting both the IT PMO and the broader IT community with strategic communication, documentation, change management, and risk analysis. Working closely with senior leadership and project managers within the IT Enterprise, this individual will provide expert guidance on governance processes, best practices, and data-driven insights to drive informed decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain detailed dashboards, reports, and matrices to track key performance indicators and stakeholder engagement.">
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for process optimization and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.">
  • Assist in the creation of training content, collaborating with subject matter experts to develop informative sessions for IT teams.">
