Job Title

Professionals with expertise in product and component maintenance are sought after to join our team. The primary responsibilities include ensuring correct product operation, resolving noted issues, scheduling services, and completing required paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspects products for correct operation and resolves noted issues.
  • Schedules services and completes required paperwork.
  • Works with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Gains familiarity with field service practices and procedures.
  • Performs incident handling, including troubleshooting via detailed analysis of hardware and software failures.
  • Performs hardware repairs, cleans and adjusts mechanical components, configures and installs applicable software.
  • Conducts preventive maintenance, refills consumables as directed, and performs routine checks according to documented procedures.
  • Assists with special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications

Education: A technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Services is preferred.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Services is required.

Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills, a valid driver's license, and a driving record that meets the company's fleet requirements.
