Country Operations Manager


Job Description:
  • The Country Operations Manager will lead and shape our entire LATAM operation, with the autonomy to make high-impact decisions.
  • They must be adept at building and inspiring high-performing teams, driving compliance and retention, and cultivating trusted long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all LATAM resources to ensure productivity and quality.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, HR compliance, and performance management.
  • Monitor attrition rates and implement proactive retention strategies.
  • Drive employee satisfaction through engagement programs, career development, and structured feedback channels.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 8–12 years in senior leadership or country management, preferably in the IT/Consulting sector.
  • People & HR Management: Proven success in leading teams, driving workforce planning, employee engagement, HR processes, and HR compliance, with measurable improvement in retention.
  • Tech Operations Oversight: Demonstrated ability to set up, scale, and manage IT/Tech teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong track record in building trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic & Operational Skills: Ability to translate business objectives into actionable operational and delivery plans, while ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Communication: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; Spanish and Portuguese proficiency are strong advantages.
  • Technical Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems, business management platforms, and performance reporting tools.
