Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee project portfolios, including resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to support portfolio execution, fostering alignment and teamwork.
  • Cover simulation, data analysis, and system validation for complete powertrain products.
  • Coordinate vehicle calibration and software functions operation.
  • Support sustainability plans through product development.
  • Invoice business while improving powertrain products for applications.
  • Represent Complete Powertrain Curitiba on local and global teams.
Your Team

You'll manage a team of 10 people focusing on innovation and customer satisfaction.

Cross-functionality is key; you'll work with Project Managers, Engineers, and Suppliers.

Qualifications

We seek an experienced leader with strong results delivery and team development skills.

Education and Competences
  • Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or equivalent engineering degree.
  • Broad knowledge and experience in the automotive industry, especially within Powertrain.
  • Leadership experience and competences related to people's leading.
  • Experienced in Product Development of automotive components.
  • Good knowledge of the Product Development Cycle and Project Management.
  • Good knowledge of Simulation tools.
  • Good technical knowledge of the market and applications.
  • Effective communication skills in Portuguese and English.
  • Good presentation skills.
