Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Primary Duties
Develop and maintain modules for Magento EE/Cloud. Design and propose Magento solutions tailored to client needs. Conduct technical analysis of project requirements. Mentor and train junior developers. Engage in pre-sales activities by showcasing technical expertise through Proof of Concepts (POCs).Additional Duties
Collaborate with team members to review business requirements. Create comprehensive and detailed technical designs. Write clean, modular, and robust code to fulfill requirements with minimal supervision. Work alongside QA and Customer Support teams to address and resolve bugs promptly. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance application usability. Develop reusable components adaptable for various projects. Write unit tests and perform unit testing on developed code. Research new integration and plugin capabilities.Required Qualifications
Essential Skills
Profound understanding of Magento System Architecture, Design, Theming, and Configuration. Proven experience in leading technical teams. Strong PHP and Magento proficiency, particularly in Object-Oriented Programming. Extensive experience with MySQL databases. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.Additional Skills
Knowledge of user-centered design processes and UI/UX integration. Ability to customize Magento themes. Experience in developing modules (e.g., payment, shipping). Expertise in creating customizable plugins for Magento. Understanding of the Zend framework is preferable. Full Stack development skills are advantageous. Proficient in W3C compliant HTML and CSS. Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, JSON, and solid programming background in PHP. Experience in developing responsive web applications using Bootstrap. Proficient in hand-coding JavaScript (ES5/ES6) and jQuery. Knowledge of MVC framework concepts and implementation. Experience with server-side communication using Ajax and JSON. Skilled in developing front-end applications and resolving cross-browser and cross-platform UI issues. Understanding of SEO and Accessibility compliance in developed applications. Willingness to mentor and lead design and development initiatives. Ability to guide the team on technical matters. Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Grunt, and Gulp. Exposure to Mirakl or similar marketplace platforms is a significant advantage. Experience with Progressive Web Applications (PWA) is a plus.Additional Information
