LPN Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care by assessing the health status of patients, developing and modifying patient care plans, and performing delegated tasks within your scope of practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs to develop individualized care plans.
  • Nursing Skills: Administer medications, provide wound care, and monitor vital signs as required.
  • Direct Patient Care: Provide hands-on care to multiple clients while ensuring safe and effective nursing practices.
  • Patient Education: Implement education plans to promote healthy behaviors and outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work with medical and nursing leadership to improve patient outcomes and quality of care.

Requirements:

  • Licensure: Currently licensed as a Practical Nurse in the state of employment.
  • CPR Certification: Possesses an active CPR certification.
