Automation Developer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with expertise in Python and Power Automate.

Job Overview:

This role involves developing automation scripts using Python and creating, managing, and optimizing workflows using Microsoft Power Automate. Additionally, the candidate should be able to integrate workflows with APIs, databases, and third-party services.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Successful completion of a four-year college degree.
  • Proficiency in Python with the ability to write clean, efficient, and reusable automation scripts.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Solid understanding of automation principles, process mapping, and identifying areas for efficiency gains.
  • Experience integrating workflows with APIs, databases, and third-party services.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with other automation tools such as UiPath or Zapier.
  • Knowledge of workflow governance, security, and compliance best practices.
  • Ability to work through new and difficult issues.
  • Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
