About the Role

Digital Payment Leader
• Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategy to drive adoption and integration of emerging payment technologies in Latin America & the Caribbean (LAC).

Identify and deliver innovative solutions to compete with or partner Alternative Payment Methods (APMs), collaborating with stakeholders and regional market development teams.

Sponsor strategic partnerships with regional players and drive engagement opportunities.

Partner with Debit/Prepaid teams and local teams to replicate, customize, and scale disruptive and innovative solutions/models.

Provide technical expertise and support for implementation and customer-facing teams.

Champion our innovation practices, identifying opportunities to drive incremental revenue through Labs and Innovation services.

Create team-wide presentations, strategy documents, and executive updates for senior management and regional counterparts.

Support local engagements, such as branding, stakeholder narratives, value articulation, etc.

Key Requirements:

Experience in Payments, Ecommerce, Financial Services, and/or Technology sectors – business strategy consulting background highly desirable

Passion for our business with high energy, intelligence, and self-driven motivation.

Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and systematic approach to drive continuous innovation.

Action-oriented execution that delivers measurable results, adapting quickly to new situations.

Excellent communication and networking skills across stakeholder groups, influencing and advancing people and business opportunities.

Strong product management experience, driving collaboration, influence, and motivation to achieve objectives.

Good understanding of APM regional ecosystem, new payment flows, consumer trends, industry trends, and market dynamics.

Demonstrated ability to develop product implementation and go-to-market plans.

Business acumen and thought leadership delivering solutions-oriented results to customers and consumers.

Clear communication skills for senior stakeholders, fluency in English AND Spanish or Portuguese, and strong learning agility.
