Job Description:

The Process Optimization Specialist will be responsible for analyzing existing processes and methods, developing new processes, and proposing improvements to reduce costs and ensure quality.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct studies, research, and planning to develop efficient methods and processes;
• Develop projects and specifications for manufacturing new products, utilizing specialized software;
• Establish work plans and procedures for production, including instruction manuals and inspection plans;
• Provide training to team members to ensure process repetition and quality control.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A degree in Metalurgy or Mechanical Engineering;
• Green Belt certification in Six Sigma;
• Experience in a similar function;
• Intermediate level English proficiency;
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodology, technical drawing interpretation, trigonometric calculations, foundry rejects, and metrology.
