Job Opportunity

As a Business Information Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and security of business processes across various accounts. Your primary goal will be to drive high-integrity standards, provide governance to operations management and quality assurance teams, and collaborate with supporting functions to address security issues.

BUSINESS INFORMATION SECURITY OFFICER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive Integrity and Ethical Standards: Ensure the highest level of integrity and ethical standards across staff and accounts in scope.
  • Provide Governance: Offer guidance to operations management and quality assurance teams for effective surveillance and monitoring towards proactive security and business process non-compliance issue identification.
  • Collaborate with Departments: Work with IT, HR, Facility, Legal, DPO, etc., to address relevant security issues and risks.
  • Internal Audit/Assessment: Perform regular internal audits and assessments based on different business process compliance management and risk control mechanisms in various accounts to ensure full compliance with relevant standards and identify potential issues.
  • Close Identified Non-Compliance Items: Work closely with operation teams to get identified non-compliance items fixed in a timely manner and drive for closure, proposing extra preventive controls where necessary.
  • Establish Methodology: Develop and execute a robust methodology for periodic reviews to highlight gaps in operational processes.
  • Analyze Operational Data: Analyze data to identify trends, root causes of business issues, and opportunities.
  • Recommend Corrective Actions: Provide recommendations for corrective and preventive actions and suggest improvements to processes.
  • Review and Report Results: Review and report results, presenting them to management teams.
  • Partner with Accounts Management: Partner with accounts management teams for Proactive Compliance Risk Management – identification, assessment, risk action planning, and closures.
  • Support Global Security Assessments: Coordinate and support Global Security Assessments (GSAs) and No Notice Inspections (NNIs).
  • Employee Awareness: Conduct employee awareness sessions and assist in developing training materials and specific training as needed.
