SAP SuccessFactors HCM Payroll Senior Consultant

SAP is a leader in enterprise software and related services for database, analytics, intelligent technologies, and experience management. We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors HCM Payroll Senior Consultant to join our team.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors HCM Payroll and its implementation. The successful candidate will lead project implementation, support critical projects, and perform feasibility studies/solution reviews. They will also support pre and post-sales activities, analyze technical and functional integration requirements, and develop and assure quality of process models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform payroll requirements gathering with clients
  • Understand payroll processes & solution leading practices and how it affects their area of the business
  • Follow up on payroll solution roadmaps and trends associated with the technology
  • Ability to discuss value propositions for clients to rotate to the new solution
  • Takes responsibility as solution project team lead and supports respective line manager in people development tasks
  • Detailed planning of process implementation
  • Develop and assure quality of process models
  • Demonstrating profound knowledge of modeling standards and tools
  • Act as a coach for colleagues
Requirements
  • Strong consulting experience in SAP SuccessFactors|HCM Payroll for Brazil
  • Experience in a minimum of two full cycle implementations in SAP SuccessFactors|HCM Payroll for Brazil
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors payroll configuration, tax setup and payroll schema
  • Knowledge in Brazilian Legal Reports (eSocial)
  • Experience integrating with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Good understanding of industry specific business processes
  • Understand the Business Process Library & Leading Practices approach
  • Managerial Experience: Acted as a team lead in more than two projects
  • Acted as a coach or mentor for colleagues
  • Experience as part of a thriving virtual team
