Skillful Creative Leadership

At Ucd, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Art Director to lead our creative team in delivering innovative projects. Your expertise in branding and identity design will be essential in shaping our visual narratives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality creative concepts and designs for a range of projects, including digital and print assets. Collaborating with the team, you will conceptualize impactful campaigns and visual narratives. Your proficiency in Keynote will be used to design and deliver compelling presentations, while your experience with Figma will be applied to create and oversee design prototypes. Utilizing Adobe Photoshop, you will enhance and manipulate images, graphics, and layouts, ensuring user-friendly and engaging interfaces. You will maintain brand consistency across all projects while pushing the boundaries of creative expression. Effective communication with internal stakeholders and clear presentation of ideas will be crucial in achieving project objectives. Additionally, you will manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met on schedule.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Art Director, preferably in a senior capacity
- Demonstrated experience in branding and identity design
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work in Irish time zones
