About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Executive Revenue Strategist to join our organization. In this position, you will act as the Subject Matter Expert on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to volume and system revenue. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze local market trends, develop strategic insights, and drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage zone volume and system revenue planning, analyzing local macroeconomic trends in collaboration with the OU Finance Insights Director.
- Perform complex analysis assignments, providing timely volume and system revenue data for various processes, including NSR, RE, and annual budgets.
- Partner with Zone senior leaders and Planning, Competitive Analysis, and Insights Lead to support the Business Plan, Volume Forecasting, and Business Performance at the Operating Unit level, ensuring alignment across multiple senior stakeholders.
- Develop key insights necessary to inform strategic priorities, analyzing volume and system revenue forecasts, and discussing findings with stakeholders.
- Forecasting: Analyze volume and system revenue forecasts, develop and discuss insights with stakeholders, and plan takeaways.
- Localize business plan volume and System Revenue targets as an extension of global strategies.
- Analyze execution of strategy on a monthly basis and communicate insights.
- Business Performance analysis for volume and System Revenue, supporting Zone and OU narrative and presentations to support local performance management routines.
- Run Volume scenarios and provide inputs to Planning Team/PS to run P&L.
- Meet with stakeholders to discuss business performance and implications, capture takeaways.
- Analyze local macro-economic trends and Market analysis.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in finance, business planning, and/or forecasting preferred.
- Experience in Agile Methodology preferred and working with large data sets is necessary.
- Experience leveraging skills in project management; change management; process development/improvement; and strong negotiation and collaboration.
- Understanding of mathematical, optimization, and computational concepts behind analytics algorithms.
- Experience synthesizing large, complex data sets from various sources and building machine learning models, data science methods, and analytics is necessary.
- Must possess exceptional communication skills (storytelling) evidenced by good verbal/written presentation ability.
- Management and great people skills, as to execute highly complex or specialized projects.
- Self-driven, with a passion to make a global impact.
