Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ICT Coordinator to join our team. As an ICT Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that end-users are well equipped and instructed in the optimal usage of IT workplace and infrastructure services.

You will be responsible for support, effectiveness, and efficiency of applications for end-users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure end-users are well equipped and instructed in the optimal usage of IT workplace and infrastructure services.
  • Engage with Business Partners and Management to secure support and resources.
  • Identify opportunities to improve ICT environment and applications.
  • Handle ICT Service Exceptions.
  • Manage ICT Communication and Service Processes.
  • Provide on-site support activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of operational ICT procedures and processes.
  • Understanding of ICT Technical Infrastructure and enterprise applications.
  • Experience with System Management tools like Remedy, Portal, Vendor databases.
  • ITIL foundation knowledge and basic project management skills.
  • Strong service delivery, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, virtual team environment.
