The Motorola Solutions team is seeking a skilled Software Developer to join their PremierOne CAD and Mobile team.

Job Description

We are solving for safer by building the best possible technologies across every part of our safety and security ecosystem. This includes mission-critical communications devices and networks, AI-powered video security & access control, and the ability to unite voice, video, and data in a single command center view.

The PremierOne CAD and Mobile team develops software for public safety organizations to manage emergency dispatch and reporting. As a member of this team, you will be working on secure, scalable, and reliable on-premise and cloud-based products to serve public safety and enterprise markets throughout the world.

Requirements
  • Proven experience with UI programming in C#/.NET, including common UI frameworks
  • Solid debugging skills, including the ability to analyze memory dumps
  • Experience developing with Windows Services, WCF, and C# multi-threading
  • Proficiency with Git and working in a collaborative development environment
  • Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal, for effective communication with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills, ability to juggle priorities, and follow through on projects
  • BS in Computer Science or a related technical field
