Senior Data Transformation Expert

The role of Senior Data Transformation Expert is responsible for overseeing the transformation of data for new customer implementations as well as various data-related tasks for existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain expertise on the functionality and capabilities of our software, making enhancement requests to the development team when necessary.
  • Perform data transformations, develop data mapping documentation, and estimates for data transformation projects.
  • Work directly with customers to address data transformation requirements and issues.
  • Communicate regularly with Project Managers and Implementation Specialists to ensure timelines are met and project risks are mitigated.
  • Maintain current knowledge and awareness of industry best practices, tools, and technical skills related to data transformation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues throughout the implementation process.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science or a technology-related discipline.
  • 5+ years of training or relevant IT experience.
  • Expert or advanced skills in SQL, ability to perform complex queries and write data transformation scripts.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service and oral/written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
