We are seeking a talented Data Engineer to lead and power data-driven decisions, leveling-up the data and analytics tools of our organization. By leveraging new technology, the data engineering team ensures that all stakeholders can efficiently access reliable and accurate data.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Angular and React, and be passionate about creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Experience with Databricks platform, designing and implementing scalable and efficient data analytics architecture, building and optimizing complex data pipelines and ETL processes is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing data analytics architecture based on current and future business needs.
- Building and optimizing complex data pipelines and ETL processes for processing large-scale datasets.
- Integration, consolidation, cleansing and structuring of large data sets to enable business insights, reporting and ML/AI use cases.
Requirements:
- University degree in physics, math, computer science or a related field.
- Professional experience in related role and/or demonstrated competency utilizing relevant technologies.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Understanding of ML/AI and MLOps challenges.
- Familiarity with Databricks is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to explain technical issues, solutions and results to a non-technical audience.
- Strong proficiency in English.
