Fullstack Software Engineer Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Fullstack Developer to lead our engineering team in creating and maintaining cutting-edge web and mobile applications using JavaScript.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement full-stack solutions with JavaScript (React.js and Node.js)
  • Create mockups and assist in their implementation
  • Develop Docker images for deployment on AWS or other PaaS platforms
  • Model databases using MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and other NoSQL solutions
  • Write automated tests for web components and APIs
  • Review code written by other developers
  • Foster collaboration with designers, project managers, and stakeholders
  • Participate in Sprint Planning and daily stand-up meetings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience with JavaScript, React (mainly) and Node.js
  • Experience building RESTful backend applications
  • Proficiency in Git and version control best practices
  • Experience with deployment processes using Docker, CircleCI, AWS, and Heroku
  • Expertise in working with relational and non-relational databases
  • Knowledge of AWS Serverless architecture, including Lambda and API Gateway
  • Comfortable working in UNIX-based systems and using the terminal
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Strong understanding of software design principles and clean code practices
  • Customer-centric mindset and strong experience in client-facing roles
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Self-taught mindset and eagerness to continuously learn
