Lead AI Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Lead AI Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of AI solutions that drive business growth and improvement.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in AI/ML to drive meaningful impact across various industries. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver AI-powered solutions that meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales and business teams to identify client needs and participate in sales calls;
  • Collaborate with clients to define AI roadmaps, prioritize use cases, and translate business needs into actionable AI solutions;
  • Design and lead proof-of-concepts using Generative AI and Predictive AI;
  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor, helping clients understand where AI fits in their product or data journey;
  • Contribute to proposals, workshops, and documentation for AI adoption initiatives;
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Ai/ml experience, with proven delivery of both predictive and generative AI solutions;
  • Demonstrated consulting experience, including client-facing roles and pre-sales support;
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Claude, open-source LLMs);
  • Experience building or advising on predictive modeling pipelines, using tools like scikit-learn and XGBoost;
  • Strong communication skills: able to present to executives and business users;
