Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled developer to lead the product development of our Records Management System (RMS) and related sub-products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive product development, focusing on enhancing usability, quality, and feature set;
  • Collaborate with Product Management to understand requirements, create estimates, plan sprints, and meet delivery timelines;
  • Develop a clean, reusable client integration system following secure cloud software best practices;
  • Contribute to technical documentation and automated build and deployment processes to increase engineer efficiency.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven experience in technical end-to-end product ownership and ability to meet deadlines;
  • Experience as a Frontend Web Developer (React);
  • Experience as a Back End Developer (Java);
  • High proficiency in Typescript;
  • Proficiency in contemporary frontend bundlers, package managers, and build tools;
  • Knowledge of or prior experience with microservices architecture;
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
Nice-To-Haves:
  • Experience building software in the cloud;
  • AI-assisted development experience using tools like Windsurf or Cursor.
