We are seeking a seasoned Software Development Test Engineer to join our team in a key role that drives quality and excellence.

Job Description

As a Staff Software Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing test automation strategies to improve the effectiveness of testing teams and reduce technical debt. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs.

You will have expertise in test automation tools and strategies, as well as a deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will enable you to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive quality and efficiency.

Your excellent communication skills will allow you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, including developers, product managers, and customers, to ensure that testing requirements are met and quality is delivered.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in QA and Test Automation.
  • 5+ years of experience working with C#.
  • 4+ years of experience working with Selenium.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with Load and performance testing (Jmeter, Blazemeter, etc).
  • Experience working with AWS or Azure with some background in AWS.
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps is a plus.
  • Experience with AI is a plus.
  • Advanced English Level required.

About the Project

This role involves driving test strategy throughout the testing organization. You will use your skills to recommend improvements to testing processes, technology, and interfaces that improve the effectiveness of testing teams and reduce technical debt.

You will lead out in quality-related work, training, and mentoring of team members. You will evaluate acceptance criteria, determine test approach, write & execute both manual and automated tests as necessary.

You will own the testing automation strategy, test data management strategy, and test automation for assigned work. You will maintain existing test automation frameworks for all existing automated applications.

You will write, debug, and execute code used in both API and UI automated testing efforts. You will define, implement, and manage processes and best practices regarding automated testing.

You will establish processes to continually review and select manual test cases for automation test suite. You will provide metrics on business process and code coverage for automated test suites. You will present test results to stakeholders.
