About the Role

The Curtin School of Nursing at Curtin University is a leading institution in health sciences education and research. We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Academic Instructor to join our dynamic team in the Midwifery discipline.

This role will see you teach specialised units within our Bachelors and Graduate entry midwife programs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of midwifery practices and have a strong commitment to academic excellence.

Responsibilities

  1. Delivering high-quality academic instruction
  2. Developing course materials
  3. Providing support and guidance to students
  4. Engaging in nationally competitive research within their field
  5. Disseminating research findings
  6. Supervising higher degree by research students
